Is it your first time getting lashes?
Here's what to expect at an appointment.
Before anything, you will be asked to fill out various waivers. This protects both you and me. We will discuss your preferences for styling and length and go over any concerns. Make sure and use the restroom, remove contacts if you arrived with them in, and put your phone on vibrate.
I will start with washing your lashes and lash line so we have a clean base. I will then apply lash primer, followed by pads and tape to make sure your lower lashes are out of the way. I will then plan out the map with a marker on your eyepads.
Prep is done! It's time to get to work. I will isolate your natural lashes, one at a time, and place an individual lash or fan extension. This is a tedious process, and takes time. Taking a nap or chatting with me are both okay!
When I'm done placing lashes, I will then add a sealer and use a nebulizer to set the lash glue. I've recently started washing lashes before I send the client home, to cut down on the fumes from the glue.
I dry and brush your lashes, take a few pics, and you are set to go!
