Body Contouring: An overview

What is it?

Body contouring is an umbrella term for a group of modalities and methods to favorably shape the body without the use of surgery, invasive procedures, or pain.

What Are The Modalities You Offer?

Currently I am trained on Lipo Cavitation, Radiofrequency, Laser Lipo, Wood Therapy, Low Level Light Therapy, Body Ice Sculpting, Yesotherapy, Virtual Mesotherapy and Lymphatic Movement. Iam also a Liquid Lipo practioner and stockist.  I will be adding additional services in time. I myself come from a weight lifting background and am familiar with all of the common diet plans. I can not give medical advice, but can share my knowledge.

How Often?

For best results, most treatments are recommended for a minimum of six treatments, with eight to twelve being optimum. Appointments can be kept on a weekly schedule, with no less than 3 days in between. After the most attainable results have been achieved, a maintenance plan can be followed. This can look like once a month appointments that then changes to quarterly appointments.

Why a Minimum of 3 Days between appointments?

Your body needs time to flush and metabolize the fat we liquefied. Drinking water and staying active assists with this process.

Reasonable Expectations

Body contouring is not surgery at the end of the day, so it's the client's effort outside of the treatment that can make or break the outcome. In order to be accepted as a client, one must be within a reasonable range of their healthy weight, be currently engaging in a healthy eating plan, and have some sort of physical activity incorporated into their lifestyle. Before beginning a treatment plan, you will fill out a questionnaire to make sure you are a good fit, and discuss goals with your provider.
