DO YOU OFFER UNIQUE FACIAL TREATMENTS FOR ADOLESCENTS?

Yes! An affordable teen facial is available! This facial focuses on deep cleaning and has the option of extractions. Gentle products are used. Parent or guardian consent is necessary. 

CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?

Absolutely! Gift cards are available for purchase at www.luster.glossgenius.com

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Life happens. Please try and be courteous and give as much notice as possible if you can't keep your appointment.
Cancellations over 24hrs from booked appointment will not incur a charge.
Cancellations under 24 hours and no-shows will incur a 25% charge.

HOW CAN I ENSURE THAT MY SENSITIVE SKIN WILL NOT BE IRRITATED?

All facials begin with a consultation form and then a brief verbal consult. Communication is key, let's make sure you walk out feeling and looking awesome :)

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO PREPARE FOR MY TREATMENT?

This depends on your service of course. In general, arriving clean and not rushed is a great start for any type of appointment. Feel free to ask any questions about your chosen service during the booking process or booking confirmation stage. 

WHAT IF I'M NOT HAPPY WITH MY SERVICE? 

I strive to give you an amazing service. If something isn't up to your standards, please let me know and we can come up with a solution! 

WHAT IF I NEED AN APPOINTMENT DURING HOURS OTHER THAN THOSE POSTED?

Depending on when you need an appointment, it's possible this can be arranged for a priority fee. Please text, call, or email with your inquiry.
